I use #chia to make overnight cold oatmeal (1/2 cup oats, 1 T chia seeds, 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, and then use fruit/spices of choice. Applesauce and cinnamon make a good pair. So di banana and vanilla).

You can also use it in smoothies, or to make super healthy jams/preserves.

1 tablespoon natural pb
1 tsp vanilla extract
A few pulses in the Ninja …
Top with 1 tablespoon dark chocolate

330 cals, 20g pro, 30g carb, 15g fat

Chicken tenders

I used 1 lb of chicken breast tenders

For the “breading” I combined:
1/4 c oat bran
1/4 c wheat germ
2 T flax meal
1/4 c ground almonds
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp garlic pepper
dash onion powder

combine all of the dry ingredients in a 1 qt freezer bag and shake well.

dip chicken in 1 egg beaten with 1/2 cup water. Then coat each piece with dry mixture. Bake on parchment paper or spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. 15 mins at 400 degrees.

Been having this as a morning pre-workout meal … It’s around 30g protein, low fat and low carb.

1 cup chocolate liquid egg whites (muscle egg brand)

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 or 3 Tbsp unweetened cacao

Blend in hgh speed blender (nutribullet) for 60 seconds, chill overnight in fridge.

If you want it sweeter, you can add 5 medjool dates, or whatever sweetener floats your boat.

As a child, I never liked #beets. Not really a fan now, either … But I found a recipe for red velvet brownies that uses beets, #coconut oil, coconut flour, raw honey, cacao, and dark #chocolate. Gotta give it a shot!
